Teen Patti is a three-card game of South Asian origin. Hands rank from Trail (three of a kind) down through Pure Sequence, Sequence, Colour and Pair to High Card. Players can play blind, without looking at their cards, or seen, which changes how much each bet costs.
One card, the joker, is placed face up. Cards are then dealt alternately to the Andar (left) and Bahar (right) sides until a card matching the joker's rank appears. You bet on which side it will land.
One card is dealt each to Dragon and Tiger, and the higher card wins. It is one of the fastest table games, with rounds lasting seconds. A tie usually loses half of a Dragon or Tiger stake.
